No agents have enrolled. Mint an enrolment token under Groups, then
set it as
MQ_ENROLMENT_TOKEN on the agent.
Enrol a new agent
Mint a single-use token, then set it as
MQ_ENROLMENT_TOKEN on the agent. The group is the agent's home and a
tag on its results; it is created if it does not exist. What the agent measures is
set afterwards under Monitors.

What is being measured
Each row is one agent measuring one target, on its own cadence. A target is either another agent — which gives loss with a direction, because the far end counts what it saw — or a bare address reached by ICMP, where nothing counts at the other end and loss has no direction.
